My Story

Baking as been my passion since childhood. It started in my mother’s kitchen, where I watched her bake with fascination. Inspired by her, I began experimenting with recipes and flavours myself.

I have always loved desserts, especially cakes (both eating and creating them).
My passion for chocolate led me to take specialized courses in chocolate making, where I learned about tempering, ganaches, and pralines.

To refine my skills, I pursued a degree in pastry arts, which was both challenging and rewarding. I also gained hands-on experience during an internship at a renowned bakery in Brussels, where I learned the fast-paced nature of a professional kitchen and the importance of precision.

Baking is more than a career—it’s an expression of love and creativity. From my mother’s kitchen to professional training, every step has shaped me into the pastry chef I am today.
